A version of the Google Chrome browser released on February 12 caused problems with date fields.

February 13, Google released a new Chrome version (133.0.6943.99) which fixes these problems.

If you get an error when selecting a date field, we recommend that you validate your version and update Chrome.

Download and installation will be automatically offered to you.

Here's how : At the top right, select the 3 small dots, choose Help and About Google Chrome.

There is an incident at the moment with OneSpan ESign self-service where when trying to submit a new transaction and using either the SMS or Q&A option, you obtain an error message « ERROR The supplied input cannot be parsed. » and you fail to submit the transaction. This can happen to certain users, this does not impact every users as it not generalized for now. The problem has been submitted to OneSpan and we are waiting for their reply and solution.

For now, the only way to bypass this is by either using the e-signature via Dataphile if possible or by fax for the impacted users.
